The martial arts club “Neguss” founder and president is Mr. Eric Annuskans (black belt 3rd Dan). He has been doing karate since 1980. In 1989 he was certified by the Latvian Phys-ed and Sports institute (nowadays Latvian Sports Academy). For many years he has been teaching close combat and full-contact karate to the armed forces of Yurmala. In 2001 he has become the MSc of pedagogic (Daugavpils pedagogic institute). The main occupation is connected with computer sciences, at the moment he is the manager of the Yurmala Regional Computer centre, and is teaching computer sciences in the Yurmala 1st gymnasium.
